FireProtectionCompare is an independent, searchable index of 0 public certification records organized into 0 local indexes. It restructures source records for comparison; it is not a review site, certifying body, or endorsement service.
Source repository
The current edition was compiled from state fire-protection licensing records in August 2026. The index preserves source fields where available and adds geographic normalization so records can be browsed by state and city.
ZIP searches use GeoNames postal-code place data under CC BY 4.0 to identify the ZIP's place and nearby indexed markets. Distances are approximate, and a nearby-market result does not prove that a provider serves the ZIP; confirm service territory directly.
Important limitation
Listings are compiled from state fire-protection licensing records and other identified public sources. FireProtectionCompare is an independent directory, not a regulator or certifying body, and a listing is not an endorsement. Verify current status and scope before hiring.

Source registries change. Consumers should confirm current status with the issuing program before hiring. Professionals can submit a documented correction; source-derived credential facts remain labeled separately from provider-supplied contact updates.
